Conference: "A Consolidated Approach to NGO Assisted Voluntary Return Management"
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and its partner Bayerischer Flüchtlingsrat are organising a conference with the title: "A Consolidated Approach to NGO Assisted Voluntary Return Management".
The background for the conference is the EC-funded project ‘Design and Facilitation of Sustainable Voluntary Return to Kosovo’ implemented by the Danish Refugee Council and its partner Bayerischer Flüchtlingsrat. The project deals with return of rejected asylum seekers to Kosovo from Denmark and Germany respectively (for more information pleased see the enclosed project description).
The objective of the conference is to put Voluntary Return Management on the agenda in order to identify and design models for best practices with the aim of providing input to a future harmonised approach to return management among European countries.
The conference features plenary sessions, discussions and working groups on various aspects of voluntary return management at national, regional and European level. Please find on this site the tentative agenda.
