New CRI Website

Message from Caritas Belgium 08-04-2008:

New CRI website! http://www.cri-project.eu Is a product of the European Project "Country of Return Information" (CRI), of which Caritas International Belgium is a member.

This project functions as a network of NGOs which collect and transfer specific information on reintegration possibilities for potential returnees and their counsellors.

We aim at helping people in their decision for a prolonged stay in Europe or a return to their contry of origin. For those who chose to go, we provide information to facilitate their reintegration.

On the website you can find our country reports or contact our helpdesk where you can ask specific questions which we’ll try to answer, using a network of local partners in return countries.

The CRI-project is actually fully operational for the following countries:
-Africa: Algeria, Cameroon, DR Congo, Ghana, Sierra Leone
-South America: Ecuador
-Europe: Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Serbia.
By the end of this year, the project will also be extended to some other countries.

We would highly appreciate if you could forward this information to your clients and network (and if possible, putting us in “CC”, so that we have a view of the organisations contacted).
